Size and Bed Length
Both the F-250 and F-350 are of similar size and come with the same bed lengths. Both models come standard with a choice of 6.75-foot or eight-foot bed lengths.
Towing and Payload Capacity
Both the F-250 and F-350 offer immense towing and hauling power, but the F-350 takes things to the next level. When properly equipped, the F-250 can conventionally tow up to 15,000 pounds and handle a maximum payload of 4,260 pounds. The F-350 beats those figures with a conventional towing capacity of 21,000 pounds and a max payload rating of 7,850 pounds when properly configured.
Engine Options and Fuel Capacity
The F-250 and F-350 share the same engine options, highlighted by the impressive 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel. However, the F-350 offers a high-output version of that diesel powertrain with 500 horsepower and 1200 lbs.-ft of torque to handle its higher towing and payload capabilities. The F-350 also boasts a larger 48-gallon fuel tank vs the F-250's 34-gallon tank, allowing you to haul farther without stopping for fuel.
