Working on a diesel engine works roughly the same as for traditional gas vehicles, with some key differences. For one, diesel engine service often requires oil and filter changes, water separator draining, diesel exhaust fluid top-offs, and checks of the cooling system, glow plugs, electrical components, and emissions and exhaust. These services can range from 15 minutes to 2 hours or more, depending on the complexity of the services or issues found. Regardless, you can expect to kick back and relax as we get to work.
When you service your diesel Ford vehicle with us, you can earn reward points with the Ford Rewards program through the Ford App. Formerly known as Ford Pass, the Ford App allows you to view an overview of your vehicle, remotely lock and unlock it, and even schedule vehicle service. When you set up service or complete any other reward-worthy action, you will earn points. Customers can use these points for future service, accessories, Ford merchandise, parts, and connected services.
